Everything comes directly from our shop in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and is made by me, (Carly) or a Charley Charles team member. Growing into a huge company has never been my goal. At Charley Charles we strive to have a local impact, and keep things "small". This allows us to maintain a high level of quality. Making things has always been my passion, so rather than outsourcing the making to factories, everything you purchase is made and packed right from our shop, by people who make a living wage. Sure we can't sell millions of each item, but you can be confident you are getting something that has been made with love, and has been thoughtfully constructed just for you. 

We only sell products that we love using in our own homes. Everything we sell has been tested to ensure it is the highest quality and best construction. We always try out several sizes and styles while pattern making to make certain the items you receive look great and work even better! This process ensures that you are getting time tested wonderful products that will last.

Will it take a little more time for you to get your item? Maybe, but you can feel confident that your order has made a HUGE impact. We still do a little happy dance every time an order comes through.
